A four-day course how you lead with love and long-term goals as a tool and

how to strengthen your mental, emotional, and physical conscious
communication — bringing success to yourself, your collaborators,
partners, and an amount of people around you.

Learn how to build bridges between people, create equality, the feeling of being perfect as you are, attract people to follow you far from the present situation, into a more attractive new inclusive future and reality and become aware of how important you are as a leader.

“Dance with Me" is a metaphor for how to lead yourself and others through continuous movement. It is a course in peace leadership - a path to growing both creativity and success.

This course is designed for leaders in all fields, e.g. business leaders, consultants, diplomats, peace mediators, politicians, performers, and other passionate individuals who want to create meaningful changes, in their operations, life and ultimately for the world.
You will also explore how to be one with everyone in your group while still maintaining your leadership role. We’ll focus on becoming stable, trustworthy, and grounded in an insecure world that is constantly changing and sometimes filled with disinformation.

Dance with me is a practical leadership course, where you get the knowledge and the development at the same time. You grow and achieve understanding the same way as you do when you learn to ride a bicycle and I teach you in the same way lead you.

🕰️ Times: Start in the morning of 20 May, finish in the afternoon of 23 May
arrival the 19^th eve and flight back at the eve of 23th
💸 Course fee: 2375 Euro inclusive tax.

Annika Sundbom, I am the creator, leader, author, lecturer CEO, of the concept Human Dignity. I work with peace leadership development, and it brings success in all sectors, in all countries, from families to UN. I have 22 years of experience in leadership-, group- and business development, developed diplomats, international peace mediators, performers and have had courses in leadership, communication and personal growth in many years. I do always start all development with myself, because I know that I see the world, my relations through my own lens.
I have had missions at UN in NY, and in Iraq, Nepal, Netherlands and of course in my home country Sweden. I was interviewed by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to participate in international peace mediation.
