"Dance with Me"

A four-day course how you lead with love and long-term goals as a tool and

how to strengthen your mental, emotional, and physical conscious
communication — bringing success, growth to yourself, your collaborators,
partners, and an amount of people around you which make you also to a peace leader.

This course is designed for leaders in all fields, e.g. business leaders, consultants, diplomats, peace mediators, politicians, performers, and other passionate individuals who want to create meaningful changes, in their operations, life and ultimately for the world.
You will also explore how to be one with everyone in your group while still maintaining your leadership role. We’ll focus on becoming stable, trustworthy, and grounded in an insecure world that is constantly changing and sometimes filled with disinformation.

• How we see the world through our own lens
• The importance of intentions and how to attract people to follow you.
• Building trust, bridges between people and create equality. 
• How and when we will use trust and control
• How to develop our connection with both the right and left sides of the brain
• How to reclaim projections, develop relationships, and resolve resistance
• Leading individuals with opposite challenging characteristics 
• Improve your well-being within your own body
  

• We will expand the duality between the power and decisiveness exemplified by global leaders and its counterpart —  compassion for others and the love of our humanity and our Earth —

  and integrate these qualities to become one within each participant

• Become aware how important you are as a leader 
  

Dance with Me is a practical leadership course that includes theoretical explanations at every step. You gain knowledge and grow as you go—just like when learning to ride a bicycle. I guide and lead you in the same way.

📍 Location: Paliesius Manor, Lithuania (transportation from Vilnius airport included)
📆 Dates: 20-23 May 2025
🕰️ Times: Start in the morning of 20 May, finish in the afternoon of 23 May
arrival the 19^th eve and flight back at the eve of 23th
💸 Course fee: 2375 Euro inclusive tax. VAT is deductible within EU countries
🍽️ Includes: Single room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, course material, spa eve and transit
